Terms of Use for Certified Remanufacturer Logo
The Remanufacturing Industries Council (RIC) collaborated with a cross-sector consensus body to develop and publish RIC001.1-2016, Specifications for the Process of Remanufacturing, the American National Standard for remanufacturing.
Section 7 of the standard specifies the procedures for conformance with the standard. It is the aim of RIC to provide recognition to organizations who conform to the standard. In order to do so, RIC has developed the Certified Remanufacturer Logo to be used in accordance with Section 9 of RIC001.1-2016.
In order to maintain the integrity of the mark, RIC has developed guidelines that specify it’s permitted use. Applicants must agree to the following guidelines in order to gain access to the mark.
